Is Velang only for exam takers?
No. Velang is a German learning and practice system first. Exam prep and retake-fee accountability are optional tracks for learners who need a certificate.
What is the main Practice experience?
The flagship loop is a daily mission. It uses recent study progress to choose one real interaction, gives support while you answer, and saves evidence about what you could actually use.
How is this different from chatbots?
Velang does not treat open chat as the whole product. The AI receives course-linked target language, checklist goals, conversation context, and safe memory boundaries so practice stays instructive.
How does the retake reimbursement work?
On eligible refund plans, you complete the required study and exam practice. If you still fail a module included in the rules and submit official fee proof, Velang can reimburse the retake fee. Exact rules depend on the plan you choose.
