The service
Velang provides German-learning tools across Study, Practice, Exam Prep, and an educational public diagnostic. Velang does not administer Goethe, telc, or another official examination, does not issue certificates, and is not affiliated with those institutes merely because their exam formats are supported.
Diagnostic and AI estimates
A rapid snapshot is directional and incomplete. A full diagnostic is modular and higher confidence, but it is still not an official score, pass probability, or proof that you are ready. Objective answer keys may show deterministic loss; productive performance shows estimated risk and uncertainty. Unsupported skills are marked “Not measured.”
Paid passes
You can start Velang for free. Some features need a paid pass. Before you pay, the app shows the price, the currency, how long the pass lasts and whether it renews. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
Refunds
To ask for a refund, write to support from the email address on your account. Tell us which pass you bought and when.
No pass promise
Velang prepares you for the exam and shows how ready you look on its practice tests and practice exams. Only the exam provider decides your result. Velang does not promise that you will pass and does not pay exam or retake fees.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for accurate account information and lawful use. Abuse of the service, including attacks on its AI feedback, may be investigated and restricted.
