Purchase, delivery, and support
The practical details to keep before you buy the German A0–B2 deck.
Digital fulfilment
- Verified EDAHABIA or CIB payments through SlickPay unlock a private, time-limited download link on the confirmation screen.
- Purchases made through Whop use Whop's checkout and delivery flow.
- Keep the order reference and the email used at checkout. They are required to recover a fresh download link.
Refund requests
Send the order reference and purchase email to support. Eligibility depends on the delivery state, the payment provider's rules, and applicable law. This page does not reduce any rights provided by applicable consumer law.
Support and recovery
Email velang.contact@gmail.com with the order reference and purchase email. Do not send card numbers, PINs, passwords, or one-time codes.
التسليم الرقمي
- بعد التحقق من دفع EDAHABIA أو CIB عبر SlickPay، يظهر رابط تحميل خاص ومحدود المدة في شاشة التأكيد.
- المشتريات عبر Whop تستخدم نظام الدفع والتسليم الخاص بـ Whop.
- احتفظ بمرجع الطلب والبريد المستخدم عند الدفع لاستعادة رابط جديد.
طلبات الاسترداد
أرسل مرجع الطلب وبريد الشراء إلى الدعم. تعتمد الأهلية على حالة التسليم وقواعد مزوّد الدفع والقانون المعمول به. لا تنتقص هذه الصفحة من حقوق المستهلك التي يضمنها القانون.

راسل velang.contact@gmail.com وأرفق مرجع الطلب وبريد الشراء. لا ترسل رقم البطاقة أو الرقم السري أو كلمات المرور أو رموز التأكيد.
