Public exam diagnostic

You can begin without entering an email address. Velang creates an invisible anonymous authentication identity and stores an opaque resume token on your device. The token, never your answer or personal information, is used to recover the session.

The selected exam, diagnostic mode, response, timing and answer evidence, evaluator metadata, and generated findings may be processed to return educational feedback. Draft writing and a result checkpoint are stored locally so a reload does not erase the work.

Retention and deletion

An unclaimed anonymous diagnostic session expires after 30 days. Choosing “Start over” immediately removes its local checkpoint and requests server deletion; server-side diagnostic evaluation evidence and identifying target data are removed when that request succeeds. If the network is unavailable, server access is bounded by the session expiry and a later data request can be made through support.

Account holders may request export or deletion. Some purchase, refund, fraud-prevention, legal, guarantee, and payout records may need to be retained for the applicable legal or accounting period; that period requires jurisdiction-specific legal confirmation before commercial launch.

Accounts and learning

Velang uses the email address or linked sign-in identity for account security. It stores progress, plans, attempts, diagnostic findings, and entitlements needed to deliver and synchronize the learning experience. Upgrading an anonymous identity is designed to preserve its diagnostic evidence instead of creating a disconnected learner record.

AI and audio

Writing and other productive evidence may be sent to configured AI evaluation providers under a structured evaluator contract. Unsupported output is rejected or shown as provisional. Voice diagnostics, when enabled, must disclose audio handling and retention before recording. Denying microphone access leaves pronunciation and audio fluency unmeasured and provides a non-audio route where the exam skill can validly be assessed that way.

Analytics and reliability

Velang uses product analytics and error reporting to understand completion, performance, failures, and recovery. Diagnostic analytics should avoid raw learner answers and direct identifiers. Commercial experiments may change presentation but may not change accepted price, refund, scarcity, eligibility, or guarantee terms.
