The service
Velang provides German-learning tools across Study, Practice, Exam Prep, and an educational public diagnostic. Velang does not administer Goethe, telc, or another official examination, does not issue certificates, and is not affiliated with those institutes merely because their exam formats are supported.
Diagnostic and AI estimates
A rapid snapshot is directional and incomplete. A full diagnostic is modular and higher confidence, but it is still not an official score, pass probability, readiness proof, or guarantee-eligibility event. Objective answer keys may show deterministic loss; productive performance shows estimated risk and uncertainty. Unsupported skills are marked “Not measured.”
Monthly Pro
Monthly Pro is 3,900 DZD per month under the frozen product contract. It is the flexible fallback and does not include the founder retake reimbursement guarantee. The checkout shown to the purchaser controls only after it matches these terms and receives required legal/payment approval.
Founder Exam Mission
The founder offer is 23,400 DZD paid upfront for six calendar months, with no automatic renewal. The planned campaign closes 60 days after deliberate production activation or after 100 verified purchases, whichever happens first. An unpaid checkout reservation lasts 30 minutes. Closing the campaign does not alter an existing purchaser’s frozen contract.
One-time prorated purchase refund
A purchaser may make one request during the first 30 calendar days. The amount is the floor of 23,400 DZD multiplied by remaining entitlement seconds divided by total entitlement seconds. The estimated amount must be shown before confirmation. A valid request revokes the founder entitlement immediately, freezes its guarantee cycle, and prevents a claim. This is separate from exam reimbursement and is not described as a full money-back promise.
Exam Mission protection
A qualifying founder purchase may activate one versioned guarantee cycle for supported Reading, Listening, and Writing modules when all purchase, exam identity, date, evidence, runway, terms, study, practice, and exam gates are met. Speaking is preparatory only and not reimbursable. Approved documented failed-module or retake fees are capped at 30,000 DZD once per cycle. See the Retake Guarantee Terms.
Payments and stores
The price, currency, charge timing, non-renewal, refund formula, guarantee cap, and processor must be visible before confirmation. Web and distributed-app checkout may be enabled only after the applicable payment-provider, app-store, and sales-market rules are verified.
Accounts, evidence, and acceptable use
You are responsible for accurate account, exam, identity, and claim evidence and lawful use. Abuse, duplicated claims, manipulated evidence, and evaluator attacks may be investigated and objectively restricted. Manual review—not AI alone—controls reimbursement decisions.
