What the guarantee covers

An eligible Founder Exam Mission purchaser may receive reimbursement for a documented official failed-module or retake fee for a covered Reading, Listening, or Writing module, subject to the frozen terms accepted for that guarantee cycle.

Speaking preparation is included in the learning product, but Speaking fees are not reimbursable under the founder offer.

The reimbursement cap is up to 30,000 DZD once per eligible guarantee cycle.

Qualifying purchase and setup

The qualifying offer is 23,400 DZD paid upfront for six calendar months of Pro access, with no automatic renewal. Monthly Pro, trials, legacy access, partial payments, refunded purchases, and expired non-qualifying entitlements do not activate founder coverage.

The registered supported exam date must fall inside the entitlement window and have at least 30 days of preparation runway. The learner must select covered modules, provide registration evidence, and accept the versioned terms before coverage activates.

Tracked preparation conditions

The app shows whether the cycle is available, needs setup, is on track, needs attention, has lost coverage, or is claim-ready. Study, practice, exam, and terms conditions are server tracked. A verified Velang outage, valid tracking dispute, or approved reschedule cannot silently remove coverage.

Evidence and claim window

A claim requires matching identity and exam registration evidence, the official result, the documented retake invoice or registration, and the payout information requested in the claim flow. Submit within 30 days of official result publication. AI output cannot make the final payout decision; claims receive manual review and an audit record.

Purchase refund is separate

The one-time purchase-refund request is available during the first 30 calendar days and is prorated by unused entitlement time. A valid purchase refund immediately revokes the founder entitlement, freezes its guarantee cycle, and prevents a later guarantee claim. It is not a full satisfaction refund.

Before purchase or claim

The versioned offer and guarantee terms shown before checkout control the purchase. The founder campaign does not begin until deliberately enabled and closes after 60 days or 100 verified purchases, whichever happens first. Existing purchaser terms remain valid if later sales close.
