What the guarantee covers

Eligible Full Package users on a supported Exam Mission may receive reimbursement for documented official retake fees after failing a covered module, subject to verified plan completion and the terms below.

The current guarantee cap is up to 30,000 DZD per guarantee cycle. The offer shown before purchase controls if it states a lower cap or different conditions.

Eligibility requirements

To make a claim, all of the following must apply:

1. You purchased an eligible Full Package that includes Study and Exam Prep.
2. You completed the verified Study, Practice, Exam Center, and final-30-day plan conditions for your mission.
3. You took a supported official Goethe or TELC exam and failed a covered module.
4. You submit the required evidence within 30 days of receiving the official result.

Evidence for a claim

Email the following to abderrahmane.dioubi@velang.app:

• Your original exam registration, with a name that exactly matches your Velang account.
• Your official failure certificate or result.
• The receipt for your newly booked retake exam.

What the guarantee does not do

The guarantee does not administer an official exam, issue a certificate, or apply to plans and exams that are not explicitly listed as eligible. It does not apply where the verified completion requirements or evidence requirements are not met.
